What do you mean you've only been able to make one call? The more details, the better.
Are you sure it's not a service issue?

yesterday i got a call while at work so i wasn't able to answer it. it went to my voicemail which i later tried to call. just to actually be able to check my VM i had to dial the number at least 4 times before i got the prompt to enter in my password.
i'm positive its not a service issue as i am able to get emails and i have 4 bars, and normally i have no issue making/receiving calls where i'm at right now.

So I guess the issue is you replaced the housing and broke the BB. Not a service issue.

How would anyone be able to diagnose this over the Internet? The people here are very good, but come on...

Wirelessly posted (By Super Blackberry)
You must be careful not to damage the ear piece and the antenna that is at the bottom I believe

Are any of the keys jammed up? Make sure none of them are stuck.

i fixed it. turns out when i replaced the housing i forgot to take off the earpiece, so it was still on my old housing, not the new one. and now that i think of it, the reason i was able to call my VM after a couple tries was b/c i put it on Speakerphone, which doesn't use the earpiece.
so if a mod wants to close this thread, go ahead. problem solved.
