Please Login to Remove!

my blackberry curve keeps turning off gives me the red light then turns on only to load the security software then BAM!!!! restarts again. what is happening????

just started a half hour ago the manufacturers warrenty should still be good though.

if i take it in to the store will they replace it there or at least give me a loner for a while till the new one comes in?

Question, no new software loaded, no OS upgrades done before it started doing this?

If you did an unofficial OS upgrade (not supported by your cell carrier), you will want to re-install the default OS (before exchanging it), because anything other than an official upgrade, from your current cell carrier will void the warranty, and they will just tell you the problem is the software you loaded into the device.

Did you try removing the battery, with the device powered on, for 30 seconds?

Make sure the battery is securely fitting in there to, maybe it is lose cause the hand held to reboot.
