When my phone is syncing and a call comes in it won't let me stop the sync and take the call. Suggestions? Thanks

Anybody have any idea what the problem may be?

since current CDMA tech does not allow simultaneous voice & data, it may be blocking you from answering until the sync is complete. Can anyone else chime in?
