Just got Blackberry cannot open atachments to Email.
Upgraded Doc's to Go
Have the Attacment Service file..

Is anyone able to help me to open attachments? OR could it be that
you cannot open attachements...

Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

What kind of attachments? From what program/version number were they created?

normal Excel - word and adobe...nothing sophificated..I get error message.
"this attachement type cannot be viewed on your device"... AS said I upgraded Doc to Go ..but still no luck..

Are you using Redirector, BIS or BES? I get this error message as well, but I think it is tied to redirector. I'm running some tests as we speak (or type).

EDIT:
It appears that redirector is the cause for the "Cannot open attachment on this device" error as I can open these attachments on my "non-redirected" account. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

I'm getting the same problem with a user of mine who is not able to use our BES... is this a confirmed issue (or lack of feature) perhaps?
