Angry 7750 - serious memory issues

Please Login to Remove!

hi! I have a 7750, and ever since last night, i cant get it to store anything. All of a sudden my ENTIRE call log was deleted, as well as all SMS messages and emails that i had not marked as saved. Additionally, it's not even storing new calls to the call log or new texts. It's like they will be there as long as the screen doesnt go idle, but after that - they're gone!
I tried calling BlackBerry technical, but since theyre located in Texas, they said that they will be gone for the next several days due to the hurricaine. This is seriously affecting my work and basically giving me a panic attack - SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!
Thanks in advance!

Also note:
When I check my status it says:
I still have 874464 Byes free out of the 12517376 total. What the hell is going on?

I am having exactly the same problem on my 7750 starting since the same approx time. This is the post I put on another forum;

I sync'd my blackberry this morning and it kind of stuck at one point so I restarted the desktop manager and sync'd again and then everything went ok but now if I check my blackberry I am missing ALL call logs. Email from August 30 to Sept 21 is also missing but I do have email from Aug 29 but not before and then email only for yesterday and today. Call logging is on but doesn't seem to be working, as well my message indicator doesn't appear when someone leaves a message.

This is really confusing, any ideas?

Blackberry told me about this about a month ago and they say that if your BB is low on memory then it will delete the old messages no matter what.. This is part of the software and there is no work around. The best thing is to delete the emails which you are not going to use.
Once more thing I do it if the email is important or something that needs my attention then I will save it in my memo pad or tasks because that is being synched up with my desktop.
Hope this helps

Yeah but the thing is, it didn't just delete old emails, it deleted ALL OF THEM, and it's not even saving the new ones I send or receive. They will be there for about 2 minutes and then they're GONE. Same with everything on the call log. I don't think i should be low on memory anymore since I now only have about 6 saved emails TOTAL on my machine, so there is no reason that it should continue deleting EVERYTHING.
That's really strange that both of our BBs started acting up at the same time though...

I agree it didn't start deleting old emails from the beginning it deleted everything in the middle. I pulled my battery and rebooted and everything appears to be working alright now. Very weird, curious as to why this happened though.

Might wanna just check the File Free under options and status... make sure its not a memory problem.

this happened just now with my 7100t... even missed calls i can't view... the little phone icon will appear then disappear before i get a chance to look at who it was... i even called some random numbers like 354, 253, 563, and then waited and looked and saw that it was all can... and my emails/sms messages deleted everything in the middle
... wtf is going on here?
