I'm no iPhone fan but I DO like how their developers put a lot of effort into UI and design and whatnot, and I'd love to freshen up some of my existing apps' icons with new designs from my wife (BerryTunes looks like it's straight out of Windows 95 for example). Is it possible to do this with an existing application, and if so what tools etc. will I need to use?
