Hi, recently did a "wipe handheld" and cant seem to find Doc to go on device. Isnt this software in ROM?

How do I get it back? (free version)

In desktop manager, application loader...check under add/remove applications if it is an option and if it is checked.

What OS did you reload on the device after the wipe?

Try going to your BIS site and pushing down the Service Books again.

Try reloading the OS and when you have any options for advance make sure doc to go is ticked.
Sorry I cnt pin point which part of reloading the os, it shows up with advance

Do a Security "wipe handheld" would not have deleted DocsToGo.

Look in the Applications folder?

Otherwise, simply go to DataViz.com and download again.

No docs to go.

Dataviz site sucks. Trying to get answers from that website is like trying to contact Government. They want payment to redownload standard version that came with Bold!
