Default SIM Card Error

Please Login to Remove!

From time to time I get an error message on the top of the phone where the clock and date are saying SIM Card Rejected. I restart the device and it's fine again.

Is anyone Else Getting this?

If you loosened the two screws to improve your click screen, that's it. Those screws also keep a circuit board tight against some pressure contacts and one set of them is for the SIM holder.

Yes, I had the same message since the phone was first configured. I called Verizon today and they told me to slide the card out and then reinstall it. When the phone came back on it was OK and it's been OK for a few hours now. If the problem comes back again I'll repost.

While taking the Sim card out, they said DO NOT touch the metal part on the bottom of the card on the side of the card toward the middle of the phone. I could not push it out so they told me to use a tack to push with. I used a bottle opener instead.
