My point if you read WM Experts ...
For Winmo users is gonna be fully unlocked....

For BBusers only with BB Maps...

WinMO users can use google maps with full GPS... BB not

They keep blaming it on software which does not use their aGPS standard, etc, blah ... blah ... blah. Lets keep the pressure on the Verizon folks to unlock the GPS that we all paid for but does not work (unless using their service).

According to other posts on this site, people are using Garmin Mobile on their Verizon BB's, without paying for VZ Nav. That implies that the GPS IS ALREADY fully unlocked, and the reason Google Maps doesn't work is some problem with Google Maps - not Verizon or the GPS being "locked".
