Default Visual Voice Mail - Data or Airtime?

Please Login to Remove!

I did some searching around and couldn't find anything, so here it goes.

Does Visual Voice Mail use data or airtime to retrieve messages and then play them? If it uses data, could I use Visual Voice Mail overseas with no additional charges then? (Except Visual Voice Mail and the Global Data of course.)

Thanks!

Visual Voice Mail uses Data ... It downloads the audio files to your device. I would not use it unless you pick up the Global Data plan for your trip.
