jme2712 New Member Join Date: Dec 2008 Model: 8900 PIN: N/A Carrier: Cincinnati Bell Posts: 3	Roger 8900 BIS issue Please Login to Remove! I have the unlocked 8900 from Rogers and my carrier is Cincinnati Bell. I cannot, however, get my phone to connect to BIS, even though I have the plan through Cincy Bell. I'm a beginner when it come to the best phones ever. Is there anyone who may be able to help me with this issue. If you can get it to work for there would be a reward.

It was the fact that I had a 3g sim card in my device. As soon as i put a 2g sim in i got the capital EDGE and all the BIS features.
