Just started last 2 days, I receive email from unknown, it indicated by receiving using unknown, and the email address recipient is not one of my email that I registered to BIS server.

How can I resolve this problem ? This is annoying and make me uncomfortable, cause I can read someone email without permission.

PS: I know what email address that coming to my BB, and I just test to send email to that address and yes it come to my handheld, and my handheld is not new unit.

I would log into your BIS website and delete the email address in question. If that fails call your network provider. I know when I switch devices and such if I do not do the switch through the web, i continue to receive mail from other addresses. Remember email delivery is tied to the device pin.

That's the problem, I have no email address such I mean registered to my BIS server, so suppose this unknown email addressed to x at domain.com, it not listed on my BIS server, and yes I think previous owner is not release the PIN completely, but since I don't know who she is, how can I solve this without need to contact previous owner ? Already delete all service book and resend service book, the problem still persist, and seems previous owner is in UK, and I'm in Indonesia..

Case closed, problem solved after contacting local carrier.
