I have an 8310 with the newest (4.5) OS. Is there either a way to set the phone so that incoming and outgoing calls are automatically logged and saved (NOT on the Messages screen), or an app that will do that?

I know I can mark the calls for the saved folder, but I had cell phones that would do this automatically, and just by going to the place where this info was stored I could retrieve numbers, check the times of the calls, etc., but I cannot figure out how to set this up on the BB to do this automatically.

I think the only way to do that is through a BES, it logs all calls to a database (.csv) file...

You can also set the bb to not log calls in the message screen by going to phone options and turning call logging to "none"

Mine are auto logged under call log...which is an icon on my screen

True but I don't think calls are kept there forever...but I could be wrong.
