Default BDM 4.6/4.7 Media issue

Greetings!
I've searched for an answer but got lost...

I cannot up/download video media via USB.. BB desk manager has a media exchange window that won't initiate.. tried 4.6 and 4.7.

Bluetooth = SLOW so.. what's up?

Are you simply wanting to copy files from your computer to teh media card?

If so, you can use Mass Storage Mode from your blackberry, which makes your media card look like a removable drive.
