i think s/he was saying they upgraded to the new OS in the sticky (.131) and instead of seeing html email, they see the actual html code...correct?

Resend your service books from the BIS site... or from the email setup icon on your BB.
(it's good practice to the above after an OS update.)

dunno,,, tried resending books,,, exactly which book controls this??? which books can be deleted as w/o safely??? also did a cpl of battery pulls...
