i m not having receive or send via bluetooth option in my bb mutimedia player i m unable to transfer pics,songs or anything else the phone does make pairing but the option of send or recieve via bluetooth has dissaapeared what could be the problem please help!

I have seen this happen, what i did was to update the phone OS and viola! one of my users lived happily ever after.
