Are you asking how you can get/choose an audible alert for appointments in your calendar?
If so, go to Profiles, press the Menu button, scroll to Advanced ... , highlight the profile you wish to change (for example the Active profile), press the Menu button and select Edit, scroll to Calendar, press the trackball, choose the settings you wish and save your changes.
