When attempting to enter double J (JJ) in email address book the automatic setting does not allow. Putting J -then enter the only thing the system will allow is K for next letter. Tried everything. I suppose I could send an email and borrow out the address but the automatic text has done this kind of thing before so must be a trick.

What do you mean the address book does not allow it? Do you get an error, or is the text changed to something else?

AFAIK the email address field in Contacts is not subject to AutoText, but the Name fields are. Is it a name field you are having this issue with?
