My application disappear from Application List.

Im trying to run my application in Blackberry JDE it is showing an error that
Warning - BlackBerry Smartphone Simulator

Could not move C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.6.0\simulator\startup-4664.bug to C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.6.0\simulator\9000.bug (Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
)
Then im trying to run the application in eclipse. it is not showing any error. but my application is disappear from the list. Please help me to solve the issue...
