WATERLOO, ONTARIO - Research in Motion (RIM) reported Tuesday its third-quarter profits more than quintupled amid escalating demand for its BlackBerry wireless e-mail device.
The Waterloo-based company said it had 2.04 million BlackBerry subscribers by the end of Q3, an increase of 387,000.
