Do you still need to sign up for the hotmail premium service in order to have hotmail fully functioning on your Blackberry? This is on a Curve with AT&T.

I have a premium account now that's about to renew, but the only thing I really use it for is so that the account with work with my blackberry, and I'm wondering if that's changed over the last year or so, can save myself a few bucks.

Don't know why they want you to use Hotmail Plus.
but seems this is dis-cussed here a few times.

regular free hotmail, msn, live, gmail, yahoo accounts all work perfectly fine with blackberry
