Cool RDM+ Does Not Work With 4.5

Hi All
Is There A Solution To My Problem.
I Have The 8310 With The 4.5 OS, I Used To Use RDM+ On The Old OS 4.2 But Now With The New OS, RDM+ Doesn't Work.
Can Someone Please Help?

Have you contacted support for the application?

You also may want to make sure you are running the latest version of RDM+

I just had a demo of RDM+ on my 8330 running 4.5.0.138 -- worked perfectly.
