I have searched the forums and everything I read just gets me more confused. I just got my Curve yesterday and feel totally lost.

The guy at the Verizon store setup my AOL account. I was receiving emails just fine until this morning. I ran a diagnostic test and it said my AOL mail was not logged in.

I can't figure out how to log back in.

Reading through forums I took the advice to go to bis blackberry site

I try and create an account and it says my phone already has one. Well I have no clue what the user name and password are so I do the "forgot user name" thing. I get a message that my user name and password don't exist and to use my device to access Blackberry Internet Service. ??????

Meanwhile my browser is working fine.


ETA: The mail just randomly started working again. I guess this is why everyone says to use gmail. sigh.
I am so confused and my head is spinning.

ETA Again: And now it stopped again.

on your device, you have something called Personal Email setup, if you go there, you can access the BIS site for your device and might have the user name the person at verizon created for you.
