We downloaded the trial version BES for up to 20 users in March. What we should have done was download BPS. What are steps involved in installing the BPS on our exchange server? Do I have to uninstall the BES first?

I was under the impression that BPS is not longer available, same as Unite

You will need to rip the trial BES and replace with BPS if that is the path you want to go.
