Hi I recently purchased a secondhand 8110 and would like to set up a private email address. Can anyone tell me how to do this please. I would be very grateful. I noticed someone else asked this on the forum after googling my query which linked me to this site but his 8110 was brand new.

if you have a blackberry plan from your carrier, you need to login to their site and set it up there otherwise you can't

First, you need a BB data plan as mentioned above.

Second, ensure that the previous owner has canceled their BIS account and/or removed any corporate IT Policies. A call to that person would probably be the best way to find out.
