i have a q . . how can i delete multiple sms messages at the same time without going through every msg and delete it ..

i mean is there a way to put a tick for the messages that i don't need and then press delete to erase them ? instead of deleting each and every msg separately

You select the date and menu click then selecet delete prior. This will delete everything prior to that date.

also, if the messages are sequential, you can highlight one and then hold the caps key and scroll up or down to select multiple messages, then press delete
