Does anyone know what the icon on the top right hand side of my screen is
It is a small rectangular box with 4 or 5 little dots running diagonally across the box.

This indicates Enhanced Call Audio is enabled.
Phone > Options > General Options > Enhance Headset/Handset Call Audio = ?
