How can I disable incoming and outgoing phone calls on our BES 4.1.6 server?

In the device only section of the it policy you can set the phone to disallow

enable the IT policy from BES server for disabling the phone incoming and outgoing calls

thanks for the help. although the option to disable the phone on my 4.1.6 server was under "global items" and not "device only items"
