how can i arrange emails from specific clients on the bbb? is there a way i can see it on the bbb like on outlook? going directly to a folder?

even the emails that are arranged on my gmail and outlook are not differentiated on the mobile..

Are you on bes or bis?

i don't really know. email : gmail. gmail also gets emails from other accounts i have.

bes : usually corporate server
bis : the thing you pay for as a bb data plan
setup on phone or BIS site as personal email

If you are on bes, its up to your IT to emails are arranged.

if you are on BIS then what you are asking for cannot be done.
If you are on BES then yes this can be achieved and your BES Adminstrator(IT) will set the policy/permission for you to have the facility. Mind you this is only restricted to the email that he /she can controll(namely your exchange/work emails). If you have emails like hotmail/yahoo setup on the BB you cannot get the folder options irrespective of you being on BIS/BES.
