I will be receiving my 9530 probably tomorrow, currently a Treo user. I intend to sync with Outlook. In Outlook, I have several Contact folders. I have most of my contacts in the "Contacts" folder which has several sub-folders.

I have sub folders with Customers, Reps, etc....

My 3rd party Outlook sych conduit for the Treo ONLY syncs the top folder called "Contacts". Is this how Blackberrys work or will all the contacts be merged together.

I do the same thing in Outlook. But I the Blackberry they are all merged.

OK, here is Blackberry terminology I cant figure out. I use Outlook locally, no Exchange servers etc. My email is hosted by an outside ISP (xo.com POP mail)

The mail is properly being pushed to my Storm as well as several other personal email accounts hosted by private ISPs (Pair Networks) Pop mail as well as one GMAIL accout.

I set them up with the Email Setup app on the BB, sometimes having to provide the SMTP and mail server info.

Hope Ive given you the answers, I'd like to understand the BIS BES better. I just moved from a TREO using a POP email client that didnt support PUSH email.
