Welcome to the BBForums.

...that might know what?

Is your device a corporate provided device for a BES account, or your personal BlackBerry?

Wirelessly posted

If your carrier has disabled your Enterprise Activation option via policy, then you will not be able to get it connected to a BES. If you check in Options, Advanced Options and you don't have an option for Enterprise Activation, then your carrier needs to remove that restriction from your device. If the option is there, then its your IT department that you should be talking to.

O2 will need to provision your BlackBerry for Enterprise access. You will need to ask them to add the BlackBerry Enterprise data plan to your account.

And welcome to the forums.
