I need (somehow) to be able to print e-mails that are saved on a blackberry RIM 850 that has been disconnected and has no active account. I've been told on one hand that I need to get a "sim" card and a new account, and on the other hand, that I "just need to download the software" and print the e-mails. When the tech in the store told me about it, it seemed simple. I've just spent all morning watching the desktop manager crash time after time after time.

I found some software called "pocketwhere" that should allow me to print, but it looks like I need a wireless account to do so.

The RIM OS is 2.1.23, and I've downloaded various versions of the desktop manager (not sure which to use!). My PC OS is WinXPSP2.

I really need to get this done, and am at a complete loss as to how to do it! Any help at all is greatly appreciated! Let me know if more info is needed.

you might be able to install the blackberry desktop (using BES not BWC) and download the info into outlook. my friend does that and doesnt have any wireless data added to his account. good luck.
