Hopefully this is very simple to all of you pros! I have a curve 8330 and am using gmail for my mail. When I send out email using gmail from the web, my mail will show as "first and last name (mymail@gmail.com)". When I send it out from my BB, it just shows "mymail@gmail.com". How do I get it to show my first and last name so it doesn't look so cryptic to people receiving it?

Where are you seeing it appear like that?

I'm sorry, "BIS"??? What is that? (sorry, I don't mean to sound dumb)

Thats what you setup email on.
i.e the email setup icon on your phone.
However you need to do it online as I dont believe the options show in the email setup icon.

Go there on a PC, and log in. If you don't know your login, call VZW tech support. They can either log in for you, or give you your login info.
Once you're in there, you can change the signature to your email accounts, set up filters on your email accounts, add/remove email accounts, and send service books.
