Please Login to Remove!

l place a keypad lock on my blackberry 7290 and connected to my pc with the desktop software on.

After went to blackberry site to update my blackberry with facebook apps. but during the when it should give me a small dialog box to key in the keypad lock password, it did not show up so l when on retrying and finally my handheld got frozen and when l took the battery and reinserting it in, it shows a box with three additional small boxes in it, the first one being a circle, the second being a triangle and the last being a rectangle with a number below 507.

l would be very grateful in anyone could be of a help.

thanks in advance.

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Looks like you need to re-install your OS on the phone. U need desktop manager for that

Your OS is erased/corrupted. Time to reinstall, like dankarlinski said.

you need to download the software from this forum, install on your pc.
and then try to reinstall using desktop manager.

Your carrier's web site probably lists the latest software version available for your model BlackBerry. Download that, install it onto your pc by double-clicking the downloaded package icon, and then run Desktop Manager to install it onto your BlackBerry. Until you do this your BB is blank and useless.
