I have been with Verizon ever since 2000 and they have not been able to provide me any incentive for being a loyal customer. I'm thinking about switching to either BoostMobile or MetroPCs for their unlimited plans, but love my Blackberry too much...what alternatives do I have?

Will my storm work for these network, if it's unlock, just like verizon? What I'm more concern is the internet access and email....I dont really care much about text...

Do you care about coverage? Do either of those have the coverage you need when and where you need it?

I suggest you do a search on Boost Mobile and MetroPCS. You can also check out HowardForums.com. i think they have a separate section for each.

I would re-examine what you really need.
Generally, when a person switches carriers, you get rid of a set of problems for a whole new set of problems.

MetroPCS is on their own network. Their coverage is "iffy." They focus on certain spots, i would put them a step below regional carriers at that.

Boost Mobile, DOES run off the Sprint CDMA network, about half. Check the coverage map. The only thing lacking on boost is that you won't roam on other CDMA networks. Sprint has extensive roaming coverages, you won't get that on boost.

Shop around with other carriers, you'd be surprised, prices are pretty good. Sprint has the everything data 450 for $69.99/mo.
