Hello all, I have a bricked 9700, i received a warranty replacement unit because i could not get it back to life using all tricks and trades from this forum. I have a white screen of death sort of, its not the 507 error just a white screen that says research in motion on it. since i have to send this unit back due to it being a replacement unit, how can i be sure all my info is wiped from the unit since i cannot get it to connect to jl cmmder or any thing else? any thoughts are appreciated..
