Calendar Appointment Size

Is there a size limitation to the body text transferred from MS Outlook to the Blackberry? I have a number of teleconferences where the dial in number, etc is placed toward the bottom, I cannot read on my BB becasue it cuts off about the last half off the information in the body off the appointment.
Any suggestions to increase and get all of the body?
