Default BBCi player App

Please Login to Remove!

The BBC has a Blackberry app is seems for BBCi (and news , sports ect) ..find it here from you berry..

BlackBerry: Mobile iPlayer is only enabled for the Bold 2 (9700) & Storm 2 (9520/9550) handsets. Users should download the BBC iPlayer Shortcut App from BBC Mobile | BlackBerry Shortcut Applications to ensure that iPlayer works correctly.

Works great here in the UK!..

Thanks for that.
Only had my BB9700 for 4 days and still finding my way around it after having a Iphone!!
Just downloaded it and looks good. I am on Orange with unlimited data and internet package (although Orange have told me that it is about 500mb a month) so can I watch these programmes etc... without going over my monthly allowance? I was on O2 before with the Iphone and never had a problem with charges for data etc...
Many thanks in advance.

Did you go to the link on your mobile? You have to do this and install directly from the mobile

.
I am not too sure... I am on unlimited with 3 uk (but that's meant to be 1GB)
I have a small program that I use to download iplayer programmes ,it works great and you do not have to worry about data as you download on your PC and transfer to your sd card via USB.....do you use this? If not I will post a link to it later when I get home

Are you using your native bb browser? If so, what "browser identification" is in your browser options?

got the link and I can live stream radio one, but there is no link to live stream TV. The help page does say this is possible, am I missing something?

Thanks,
