General Socket Error on Bold/9700 - BlackBerry Forums Support Community

LiteWait Knows Where the Search Button Is Join Date: Oct 2005 Model: 7250 Carrier: ATT Posts: 20	General Socket Error on Bold/9700 Please Login to Remove! Has anyone seen this? I've been through running the same application for over 2 years on 9100, 9130, 9330, etc and have never seen this problem. The application has 2 threads that... open a socket, sends a packet, closes the socket. This happens every 2 minutes. On this 9700 (AT+T) after 600 or so opens and closes it starts to get a "General Socket Error" exception. Please help my customer upgraded to this phone and they are fuming!
