Default Storm 2

Please Login to Remove!

Four weeks ago I purchased the blackberry storm 2,great phone and touch wood havent had any major problems with it yet!!The only trouble is that the battery life is absoultely terrible,one day max!!!Anyone else had the same problems?????

This is about what my wife gets on her Storm2, and that is without too much wifi usage. What OS are you running?

absolutely no idea sorry,im british and run on vodafone network,unfortunetly getting used to all the new technology!!Would love to understand a bit more though,

That is not a possible option on the Storm 2 (or even the Storm for that matter).

Moved to a more appropriate section.

One day isn't that bad. Battery life really depends on how you use it - calls, WiFi, bluetooth, surfing, etc. More use, more battery required. Also, if you are in a 3G fringe area and the device is searching to keep a 3G signal, that requires more battery.

CDMA drains batteries faster than GSM due to the nature of the beast. On the other hand my S2 will work inside of buildings when friends/coworkers GSM phones do not always.

I charge my phone everyday.
