I recently bought 6 blackberries(5 curves 8900 and 1 bold 9000) off ebay for £600 but the seller sent me chinese(fake models). Paypal wants me to do the following:

In order to continue with our investigation, we request documentation tosupport your claim that the item is not authentic. Please obtain a documentfrom an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer, appraiser, or anotherindividual or organisation that is qualified in the area of the item inquestion (other than yourself), which clearly identifies the item as notauthentic. The document should include a serial number and description ofthe item and must be on letterhead paper that includes the name, signature,address, and phone number of the individual, business, or organisation sothat PayPal may contact them if necessary.

Is there any Blackberry service centre or any dealer in East London area to obtain the above documents from? Seller is willing to refund £400 but I am requesting full refund.

You can probably go into any store and ask them to take a look. Or offer to send the devices to PayPal themselves.

Does those BB's have PIN numbers?
if they dont have
then there is your proof
RIM doesn't make BB's without PIN number

even a blind person can tell they are not original. Paypal has given me until the 19th june so I will try going to vodafone store to see if they can help.
