i have tried everythibg possibel but my bb, wont unlock, it just shows unlock, emergrncy and cancel, when i scroll thru, but no other key works, i can only scrol thru those options but cannot click on them, how do i unlock it, i have tried the normal hitting on the * key and send key too but it wont unlock, what do i do?

You need to enter your password. Highlight unluck and if it doesn't click, press the enter key. Then you will need to enter your password.

There's an unlock button on the top edge of the Tour. Little padlock icon in grey, over on the left. The one on the right is the mute button.
