MapQuest Navigator problems

Is anyone having problem with this app? I can get into the app, but it stops processing during the traffic report process and then stops claiming a network timeout. I am having no problems with my other apps that require a network connection.
Did it get shut down since MapQuest debuted it's new Mapquest4Mobile app that is free?
Have tried calling customer support and get nowhere with the myriads of voice mail menu demands.
