my 7280 stopped working on new years day, now when i turn it on the red led just blinks twice every 3 sec i dont know what to do since i didnt drop it or wet it i think is some sort of software failure any help would be apreciated

let's see, i'd try a soft reset, alt>caps lock>delete all 3 buttons pushed at the same time. If that doesn't work, did you try to pop the battery out and back in? If still doesn't resolve i'd call cingular maybe cover under warrenty exchange. Bad screen, loose screen? Hope this helps...

You might have to wipe the device using javaloader and reload the OS onto it. It happened to one of mine and it worked for me. If you need javaloader do a search and you will find it. Good Luck
