Can someone please help me out?

I just moved to Singapore and I am trying to set up my Storm so that it directs missed calls or ignored calls to my voice mail.

I went to my phone options and changed the access number for voicemail and my passcode but I can't figure out how to find the settings for diverting the calls in the first place.

I am able to find the forwarding calls feature. Is that what I need to use? It just doesn't feel right.

Any help would be grateful.
