I'm kind of confused. I just reinstalled my OS on my Storm due to it being in perpetual reboot loop mode. Now that it's functional again, (I can make calls, etc) the buttons (all) seem to work only some of the time. I have to press them many times for them to function. e.g. the back button doesnt go back to the previous screen, prog, etc when I press it once. Same with the power button, when I want to revert my phone to the main menu. Whats the deal here?

Which Storm do you have - i.e. what is the correct model number? Make sure you update your profile with that info. There are at least 4 different Storms out there, two for Verizon the 9530 and 9550 and it helps to know which you have.

First why did you update the OS? Ant particular problem that lead you to that?

Second, did the device get wet?

Third, have you tried a battery pull?
