Hello,

I am trying to connect a blackberry and activate it with BES using the desktop manager web interface however it is not being detected and it keeps telling device not connected.
When I plug the blackberry I can see the usb icon in the taskbar with the sound of a usb device plugged in heard however I have also tried from the Administration web interface but again nothing detected.

The user has changed his blackberry and therefore I need to register it with BES, normally BES will detect the new mobile and ask me if I want to start using the new one and transfer all data from the old one. There is no need to remove the user and add it back in this case right ?

Just to clarify I am using the web interface and not the Desktop Manager software installed on the pc.

These are 2 completely different things although once I have the blackberry detected and working with BES I do not need the desktop manager software as it will be useless right ?
