Default weather on BB desktop

Is there a free Blackberry app for the BB bold 9000/9700 which shows the weather on the desktop on the BB?
I know Weatherbug and other BB apps but they don't display the weather on the BB home screen (desktop).?

The free version wont give you the full desktop view but nice choice nonetheless

Aren't there more free apps for the desktop of a BB?

Weatherbug and BB weather etc. aren't on the desktop.

What does "Aren't on the desktop" mean?

I use BBWeather and the temperature and shown right on the home screen. Click on it for details or to switch locations.

I'm guessing but i think "on the desktop" is theme dependent. In other words, on some themes, if you place your desired weather app in a certain "slot" on the homescreen, the theme will put a special weather icon on the desktop(not just an icon on bottom row). The theme must be designed to allow this.

Devnull is on the right track. Assuming the OP is running OS 5 and not OS 6, he can run ANY weather program with a theme that has a weather slot and he will have his icon on the "desktop". If he has OS 6, he will have to wait because there are no themes for anything but the 9800 so far.

I removed with Berryweather, but I use to use their wallpaper option as well.
