Anyways,is there a way to remove scratches off a mobile screen and body?

As in bb bold 9700's upper black plastic body

Normally I would say no to this how deep is the scratch and I think that you might want to look into a screen protector!

Well just little scratches like the tiny ones,you can even find such scratches on new phones as well, but I am just curious to know if there is anything that can remove scratches off a mobile screen?

there is a way to remove scratches on a car window, but doing the same procedure will void the warranty, for the body I would say you could sand it down but it would never look the same, both would be highly not advised.

Easy to do....done it a few times....
now if there was an easy way to stop the dust from getting between the screens

If the scratches are fairly small you could try to polish them out with a spot of t-cut or another polish.
