Hello.
I have a BB 8320 that I used to use with my local carrier. I changed my BB and store the 8320 just in case I need it. Today I´m trying to use it with my SIM card that is working in the new BB and the BB is not registering (I click register and it says that a message has been sent to the network but the BB never register).
I´m using BBSak to Wipe Device and Factory reset. The OS is not fully download yet but I want to know what else can I do in case after the OS load the BB still doesn’t register.

Did you give the IMEI and PIN to the carrier and put it in your BIS set up?

And I assume that you have a BB data plan on the account tied to the SIM?

Yes, It´s the same carrier the BB is from.

Yes. The SIM has a data plan activated.

And please update your profile to show the correct device that you are using.

I alredy updated.

I think I will need to go the customer service again because I think maybe the registered the BB wrong in their system and thats why the BB does not register with the network.

Did you put the IMEI and PIN in the BIS account, replacing the numbers from the other BB?

I can´t because it says that first it needs to register with the network... and the BB is not registering with it. I will need to go to CS to see if the removed the BB from their systems.
